Last Sunday 52 runners and walkers took to the course at Favell Road.
The fastest in each distance were:

Congratulation’s to all ORC members who competed at the Gold Coast Marathon Festival last weekend. Well done to Isobel Curran, Lacey Curran and Lyn O’Mara – all achieving top 10 placings in their respective age categories plus a shout out to Rhonda Jones and Karren Skelton, both completing their first marathon.

For this week’s Wednesday run 36 members attended Elephant Park completing 1, 2 or 3 laps. The top three women were Rhianna Hume 12:57, Kate Harris 14:42, Jannell Hooper 14:47. The top 3 men were Ian McLean 11:19, Riley Jenkins 11:43 and Mark Thomas 12:01.

Achievement medals were awarded to Peter Gates with 50 runs and Ben Sullivan with 25 runs. Tomorrow’s run is at the Orange Botanic Gardens. It is a 1.6km loop where members can choose to run 1-6 laps.
