Last Sunday 68 members attended our Ploughman’s Wetlands run. The fastest in each distance were:

72 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Peter Finlay 10:25, Luke Hockey 10:40, Nick Irwin 10:57. The top three women were Milla Jurd 11:58, Lucy Jurd 12:12, Isobel Curran 13:29.
Personal bests were achieved by Ben Sullivan 11:20 (2 mins 47 seconds), Lucy Jurd 12:12 (1 min 4 seconds), Angus Finlay 12:14 (25 seconds), Alex Irwin 13:08 (8 seconds), Anna Pyle 14:33 (45 seconds), Wendy Sullivan 28:10 (1 second) and Vicki Mathew 29:29 (1 second).

Achievement medals were awarded to Emily Blore and Luke Hockey each with 75 runs.

Good luck to Jack Daintith who is competing at the 2023 Athletics Australia Half Marathon Championships tomorrow on the Sunshine Coast, as part of the NSW team.

Tomorrow’s run at Elephant Park, a longer version of our Wednesday course, is a 1.6km loop where members can choose to complete 1 – 6 laps.

Together we achieve individual goals.
