Congratulations to Kim Roweth who broke the 5km women’s record at The Pinnacle in a time of 31:06.

62 members attended this week’s Wednesday run.
The top three men were Mitch Williamson 9:46, Peter Finlay 10:21, Maxwell Horne 10:46.
The top three women were Milla Jurd 12:01, Sue Dean 13:31, Alicia Anlezark 14:23.
Personal bests were achieved by Matthew Wilkins 12:12 (9 seconds), Roy O’Donnell 13:36 (14 seconds and Peter Shaw 15:14 (24 seconds).

Congratulations to the following members who were awarded achievement medals this week:

Tomorrow’s run is at Lake Canobolas where members can choose from 1-4 laps of the 2.5km loop.
