Special mention to Nathan Sutherland’s 10k effort – while it was the second fastest time over this distance, his 1st, 2nd, and 3rd laps were also quick enough to break the 2.5k, 5k and 7.5k course records respectively.
65 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Jack Daintith 10:31, Hugh Daintith 11:34 and Mark Thomas 11:36. The top three women were Rhianna Hume 12:54, Sue Dean 13:43 and Alicia Anlezark 14:41.
