He has done it again! – Congratulations to Jack Daintith who broke the Botanic Gardens 9.6km club record by an incredible 2mins 35secs running 34:22 on Sunday. It was an impressive turnout at the Gardens with 69 members braving the less than ideal conditions.

For this week’s Wednesday run 69 members attended Elephant Park completing 1, 2 or 3 laps. The top three women were Rhianna Hume 12:45, Kate Harris 14:26 and Jannell Hooper 14:40. The top 3 men were Riley Jenkins 11:25, Hugh Daintith 12:09 and Alistair Merrifield 12:18.

Achievement medals were awarded to Terry Clark with 25 runs, Wendy Sullivan with 25 runs and Lyn O’Mara with 300 runs. Tomorrow’s run is at Endeavour Oval starting at the ORC Shed at Elephant Park. It is a 2.8km loop where members can choose to run 1-4 laps.
