Last Sunday 60 members attended our Elephant Park run. The fastest in each distance were:

Congratulations to Nathan Sutherland for another impressive course record bettering the previous 9.6km time by an incredible 4 min 28 seconds!

82 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Mitch Williamson 9:47, Maxwell Horne 10:01, Nick Irwin 10:22. The top three women were Rhianna Hume 12:29, Jessica Curran 12:56, Isobel Curran 14:33.
Personal bests were achieved by Maxwell Horne 10:01 (13 seconds), Scott Timbrell 12:05 (9 seconds), Oscar Blacklow 12:06 (17 seconds), Rhianna Hume 12:29 (29 seconds) Jessica Curran 12:56 (27 seconds), Roy O’Donnell 13:55 (46 seconds) Sue Klose 14:57 (21 seconds) and Wendy Sullivan 27:52 (19 seconds).

Achievement medals were awarded to Melissa Harding and Jennifer Lawrence both with 50 runs, Paige Alexander with 75 runs and an incredible 900 runs for John Moss – well done Mossy!

Tomorrow’s run is at Clergate, a picturesque course on a quiet country road and a member favourite. Choose from 3km, 5km, 7.5km or 10km. Good luck to all our members competing at the Mudgee Running Festival tomorrow.
