Congratulations to the 60 members who attended the run last Sunday at Spring Dam and braved the cold/er change

NEW COURSE RECORDS

• Female 2.4km – Amber Rich – New Course Record of 9:57 beating her own record of 10:02 set on 19th May 2019.
• Male 2.4km – Nick Irwin – New 2nd fastest time of 9:58.
• Male 4.8km – Peter Finlay – new 3rd fastest time of 18:23.
• Male 9.6km – Nathan Sutherland – New Course Record of 32:51 beating his own record of 33:19 set on the 8th October 2023.
