Last Sunday 75 runners and walkers enjoyed perfect winter conditions at our Lake Canobolas run. The fastest in each distance were:

2.5 km

For this week’s Wednesday run, 85 members completed 1, 2 or 3 laps. The top three men were Ben Sullivan 11:23, Chris Clough 11:24, Phillip Thomas 11:54. The top three women were Isobel Curran 11:44, Rhianna Hume 12:29, Nicola Blore 12:31.
Plenty of 3km Personal Bests this week! Congratulations to Ben Sullivan 11:23, Rhianna Hume 12:29, Tony Fitzpatrick 12:57, Michael Holmes 13:01, Roy O’Donnell 13:52, Baxter Sullivan 14:34, Lachlan Irwin 18:20, Sharyn Mitselburg 18:44, Liam Petschel 26:29.

Achievement medals were awarded to Lacey Hooper with 50 runs, Matt Wilkins with 50 runs, Phillip Thomas with 50 runs, Donna Irwin with 100 runs and Eddie Feeney with 100 runs.

Tomorrow’s run is at Hiney Road, south of Orange off Forest Road. A mostly flat course on a mix of dirt and sealed road. Members can choose distances of 2.4km, 5km, 7.6km or 10km.

Together we achieve individual goals.
