There were 20 PB’s achieved at Gosling Creek – too many to mention but congratulations to you all!

70 members attended this week’s Wednesday run.
The top three men were Peter Finlay 10:25, Ben Sullivan 11:17, Luke Hockey 11:19.
The top three women were Jessica Curran 12:42, Nicola Blore 00:13:18, Lacey Curran 13:40.
Personal bests were achieved by Lacey Curran 13:40 (17 seconds), George Rutledge 16:37 (30 seconds), Penny Charge 19:50 (50 seconds), Holly Curran 19:59 (19 min 38 seconds) and Liam Petschel 00:21:21 (4 min 28 seconds).

Congratulations to the following members who were awarded achievement medals this week:

Samantha Pluymers – 200 runs

Tomorrow’s run is at the Pinnacle where members can choose from distances of 3km, 5km, 7km or 10km.
