Congratulations to our members who travelled to Wollongong last weekend for the NSW Country Championships. It was a very successful meet with a 23 medal haul!
Last Sunday 54 members participated in our Charles Sturt University run and chose from 1-6 laps of the 1.9km loop through the uni.
The fastest in each distance were:

Congratulations to Sophie Charge who has broken the CSU 1.9km record in a time of 9:35 and Kim Roweth who broke the 3.8km record in a time of 22:07 (previously held by daughter Kinisha!).
80 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Peter Finlay 10:14, Nick Irwin 10:57, Hugh Daintith 11:17. The top three women were Elizabeth Simpson 12:43, Isobel Curran 14:38, Lucy Jurd 14:58.
Personal bests were achieved by David Charge 12:39 (49 seconds) and Amanda Demares 17:17 (28 seconds).
Achievement medals were awarded to Catherine Player with 100 runs and Clara Hooper with 100 runs.
Tomorrow’s run is at Berrilee Forest where members can choose from distances of 2km, 4km, 6km 8.1km or 12km.
