With Lockdown continuing still going on we hope everyone is staying safe and keeping up with some form of exercising. Well done to those who also went out to Berrilee and completed the virtual trail run. It looks like everyone had a great time even those who got a little lost.

This weekend will see the virtual run at Bargwanna Road. The distances which we will endeavour to have marked out somehow will be 3km, 5km and 10km. You will be able to do your run anytime between Saturday and the Wednesday cut off time to get your run time and distance to Michael (by 3pm Wednesday 15th Sept).

Please remember to wear a mask to and from the run and carry your mask with you during the run and follow the covid rules for running with family members or individually with 1 friend and maintaining safe distancing.

With the weather starting to warm up, it is that time of year again for snakes to come out so we should maintain awareness that they may be around. If you are running in a more snake prone location, please carry a snake bite bandage. While we are spending some more time at home perhaps it is the perfect time to brush up on the club’s safety guidelines. These are located on our website under the ‘about us’, please take the time to read over these.

Information on the course can be found on the Orange Runners Club website and updates will be provided through the Runners Club email.

Please continue to check the website, Facebook and watch your emails for more information on all our club activities and news.
