With Lockdown continuing we hope everyone is staying safe and keeping up with some form of exercising.

This weekend we will head to Hiney Road to complete our virtual run. The distances which have been marked out are 2.4km, 5km, 7.6km and 10km. If you would like to do the 10km, complete the 7.6km and then turn around and head back out to the 2.4km turnaround, then come back to the finish again. These are marked with yellow spray paint and little wooden posts with the yellow spray paint on them. Check out the website for further course details. You will be able to do your run anytime between Saturday and the Wednesday cut off time to get your run time and distance to Michael (by 3pm Wednesday 22nd Sept).

This week, members can also do a virtual trail run. It is the same course as the last one at Berrilee Forest but running it in reverse. The distance of this trail run is 11km and it is marked out with pink tape. Again, please send your time to Michael (by 10am Thursday 23rd Sept).

Please remember to wear a mask to and from the run and carry your mask with you during the run and follow the covid rules for exercising.

Another reminder to brush up on the club’s safety guidelines. Please take the time to read over these.

Information on our courses can be found on the Orange Runners Club website and updates will be provided through the Runners Club email.

Please continue to check the website, Facebook and watch your emails for more information on all our club activities and news.
