Good luck to our members competing at the Lonely Mountain Ultra this weekend!

For our Sunday run last Sunday, 76 members ran and walked our Spring Creek Dam course.

The fastest in each distance were:

Congratulations to Nathan Sutherland who set a new course record for the men’s 9.6km course in
33:19!

76 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Luke Hockey 10:55,
Hugh Daintith 11:40, Maxwell Horne 12:13. The top three women were Isobel Curran 13:02, Alicia
Anlezark 13:52, Lacey Curran 13:57. Personal bests were achieved by Lacey Curran 13:57 (1 minute
3 seconds) and Paris Capell 21:25 (35 seconds).

Tomorrow’s run is at Shiralee Road where members can choose from 2km, 4km, 6km, 8km, 10km
and 12km.

Together we achieve individual goals.
