Last Sunday 74 of us took on yet another hilly course, this time at Bulgas Road, in what was a stunning morning. The fastest in each distance were:

Male: Jack Daintith 41:44, Hugh Daintith 45:45, Mark Thomas 47:39

Congratulations to Kate Harris who has broken the Bulgas Road 7.5km record!

79 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Mitch Williamson 9:28, Jack Daintith 9:51, Henry Charge 11:15. The top three women were Sophie Charge 13:19, Evie Harris 13:57, Kate Harris 14:15.

PB’s this week for Henry Charge 11:15 (9 seconds), Quinn Lingier 12:43 (7 seconds), Sophie Charge 13:19 (44 seconds), Leanne Pinkstone 16:49 (14 seconds), Cathy Gutterson 22:33 (30 seconds) and Elisa Petschel 25:52 (28 seconds). Congratulations everyone.

Well done to Sam Thornton who has received an achievement medal for 75 runs.

Tomorrow’s run is at Bargwanna Road and it’s a No Watch run with a prize for the runner who guesses closest to their actual time. Distances include 3km, 5km, 8km or 10km.

Together we achieve individual goals.
