Last Sunday, 76 of us ran and walked our way through the vines at Highland Heritage winery. The fastest in each distance were:

62 members attended this week’s Wednesday run. The top three men were Hugh Daintith 10:45, Peter Finlay 10:54, Luke Hockey 11:07. The top three women were Jessica Curran 12:40, Zoe Roberts 13:42, Penny Chandler 14:26.
Achievement medals were awarded to Paige Campbell for 100 runs and Jennifer Lawrence who has achieved 75 runs.
PB’s this week for Hugh Daintith 10:45 (4 seconds), Zoe Roberts 13:42 (45 seconds), Henry Kay 12:57 (12 seconds) and Lara Yaroslavceff 29:51 (42 seconds). Well done to everyone.
Tomorrow’s run is at Lake Canobolas where members can choose to run 1-4 laps of the 2.5 loop of the lake.
