Spring is here, and with the weather warming up we have many exciting runs in scenic locations planned, with the monthly trail runs continuing. This Sunday sees the club back at Gosling Creek, where members have the choice of 2.3, 4.6 and 9.4K runs on the old course, taking in scenic parkland and rural vistas. Run will commence at 9am. Remember to set your clocks forward his weekend!

As the weather warms up, as they train members should remember to dress to the conditions, stay properly hydrated and use sun protection, particularly if training in the middle of the day.
Members should visit the club website on www.orangerunners.com.au for further details on these and upcoming events. Those interested in joining our club should visit the club website for further information.

See you on the trail
