On a beautiful morning, last Sunday, 44 members took to the hills of Emu Swamp Rd. It was to see a few members rewarding themselves with a coffee/ breakfast at Larder and Home in Lucknow post run.
The leading club members in each distance were:

Male – Craig Penrose 33:34, Trevor Jones 38:08, George Rutledge 38:13.

Female – Kim Roweth 26:44, Kinisha Roweth 26:45, Samantha Pluymers 27:02.
Male – Richard Hogg 25:52, Russell Tym 27:14, Greg Shapter 31:24.

Female – Jane Fairgrieve 50:47, Karren Skelton 58:30, Angela Kauter 58:58.
Male – Peter Finlay 31:41, Andrew McArdle 50:07, Michael Kauter 51:30.
10km
Female – Juste Kucinskaite 1:01:09, Alison Spurway 1:01:20, Kim Jarvis 1:05:47.
Male – Jack Daintith 43:25, Iain Mclean 45:42, Chris Clough 46:57.
On Wednesday, we were gifted with a lovely afternoon for a run, 56 members took advantage of this at our Elephant Park run. In the normal 3 lap course the top three males were Chris Clough 10:51, Adam Thomas 11:27 and Jack Daintith 11:28. Completing the top three ladies were Nicola Blore 12:26, Abbey Wilkins 13:44 and Kinisha Roweth 14:21. Personal bests for their 3 laps were recorded this week by Benjamin Hill 9secs, Adam Thomas 14secs, Matthew Yaroslavceff 4secs, James Thomas 3secs, Paige Alexander 28secs, Jessica Curran 9secs, Matthew Wilkins 24secs and Phillip Thomas 11secs.
This Sunday’s run location is the beautiful Botanic Gardens. With announcements and start to commence at 8.30am approx. and the starting window closing at 9am. The distance of the loop is 1.6km and you have the choice to complete this 1 to 6 times. Please check the website for more course information.
Wednesday runs will commence at 4pm and you can run any time after that as long as you are finished by 5:30pm.
Good luck to all heading to Canberra for the Australian Running Festival. Run hard and together we will achieve our individual goals.
